Our services are available both in person and remotely, ensuring flexibility to meet the diverse preferences of our clients. Additionally, we offer a range of wellness services, including Holistic Health and Wellness Coaching, Sound Therapy, and other complementary therapies aimed at promoting overall well-being.

3.2 Nature of Services

By engaging with our Services, you agree to the scope and nature of the services provided. You acknowledge that our Services are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or evaluation by a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

General Age Policy You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services independently. If you are under 16, you may use our Services only with the involvement and explicit consent of a parent or guardian.
Reiki Services for Minors Children under the age of 16 may receive Reiki services, as Reiki is suitable for all ages and has no known contraindications. For these sessions, explicit consent from a parent or guardian is required, and the parent or guardian must be present during the treatment session.
Holistic Health and Wellness Coaching and Sound Therapy Due to potential contraindications, children under the age of 16 may participate in Holistic Health and Wellness Coaching and Sound Therapy only after a comprehensive Discovery call. During this call, any contraindications will be discussed and a parent or guardian must give their explicit consent before any commitment to these services is made.

4.2 Restrictions

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who has provided explicit consent for the minor to use our Services.

5. User Registration

5.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via Paypal, Credit/Debit Card, and Bank Transfer. All payments must be made in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

6.2 Deposit Requirements

When you book an appointment for our Services, a non-refundable deposit amounting to 30% of the total service cost is required upfront to secure your slot. This deposit is crucial to confirm your commitment and will not be returned under any circumstances.

In addition to deposits, any discounted sessions or promotional offers are also non-refundable under any circumstances.

The balance, comprising the remaining 70% of the total service cost, must be settled in full at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of the scheduled services. Failure to complete this payment on time may result in the cancellation of the services.

6.3 Payment Confirmation

Upon successful completion of the payment, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the transaction and the Services you have booked.

7. Reference to Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is a separate document that forms part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to comply with our Cancellation and Refund Policy. The Cancellation and Refund Policy is accessible on our Website and should be reviewed prior to making any bookings for our Services.
